Design and construction of a 160,000 ft2 manufacturing facility with three storey integral office space at Bournemouth International Airport, a key specialist aerospace and manufacturing hub. Associated works included extensive car parking, landscaping, mains services and drainage.
Nice Pak
Client: Liberty Quayside
This joint venture between Nice Pak International and Liberty Quayside Ltd sees the construction of a 380,000ft2 new manufacturing facility incorporating an office block with modern design features with cross-docking and an eaves height of around 11m; warehouses, production facilities, testing and QA laboratories.
